My Wedding Reel

"Weddings are important because they celebrate life and possibility."-Anne Hathaway

Filming weddings has made me a greater artist in ways I never would have imagined.  Second chances are rare on wedding days and this limitation has transformed my creative eye and has trained me to notice the smallest details to capture in a short amount of time.

I have seen this skill of visual awareness transfer to the other less demanding projects I have been fortunate to be apart of and I am highly grateful to have been thrown inside the fire of wedding film making. Creating wedding films has made me into a more composed and aware artist that handles the demands of a long production day with much more ease and grace.

Here is a wedding reel I put together from some of my favorite wedding day footage.

Camping + Filmmaking=Cinematic Greatness

In May for my birthday weekend, I had the opportunity to go camping at the Mountain Breeze Camp Ground in New Braunfels.  I enjoy nature and every time I go on a trip for multiple days I always feel the need to unplug and turn off my cell phone.  I captured all of this footage at 60fps and decided to turn this into a cinematic slow motion montage of the images I captured during the trip.
